This policy applies to all information collected or submitted on the EarthPlat website. We offer some services that do not require you to register for an account or provide any personal information to us, such as our sample county search. On some pages you can order products and/or make requests.
Information you provide
When you sign up for an EarthPlat account we ask you for personal information (such as your name, address, email address, phone number, user id and password). We also request card or other payment account information. This information is maintained in an encrypted form on secure servers. We use the information you provide about yourself when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.
•We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
•We never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
